Convenient location close to the City Centre and shopping malls I visited, friendly staff, and good breakfast. This hotel is situated in a quiet area near a garden which offers great relaxation after a long day.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is nicely located near a garden and in the city center. it's a bit difficult for taxis to locate the place as it's situated in a cul-de-sac. the staff is helpful in providing directions. the breakfast is filling and WiFi is available in the rooms and restaurant area.
The rooms are small with dated decor, dark and damp with little to no natural light.

The hotel had a nice garden for outdoor relaxation and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also had a good location with easy access to tourist attractions and shopping centers.
The hotel rooms were not as clean and comfortable as expected, with some stained floors and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi connection was poor in some areas of the hotel and there were issues with hot water in some bathrooms.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff made our city break a delight. the large meals in the restaurant were great, and the well-maintained garden was a peaceful retreat from the busy location, which was central and provided easy access to main roads. the pricing was also very fair, making it a great value for the money.

Excellent customer service. We experienced an issue with mosquitoes in our room, but the staff promptly resolved it by relocating us to a mosquito-free room. The level of service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
